Team Lead – Hybrid Cloud & Datacenter
Key Responsibilities
-Technical management and further development of the Hybrid Cloud & Datacenter team.
-Further development of the Professional Service Catalog for Hybrid Cloud & Datacenter.
-Implementation of exciting IT infrastructure projects focusing on servers, virtualization, storage, backup, and Azure Cloud (Playing Captain).
-Support and execution of migrations and expansions of existing system landscapes.
-Processing and documentation of customer inquiries.
About You
-Completed IT education (university of applied sciences, technical college, IT apprenticeship) or equivalent knowledge
-Professional experience as a consultant, systems engineer, or administrator desirable
-High social competence (dealing with customers, team leadership)
-Good storage and server knowledge
-Good knowledge and/or certifications of virtual platforms VM-ware and/or Microsoft
-Knowledge of Microsoft platform and server technologies including Microsoft
-Knowledge of current backup software solutions (preferably Veeam)
-Network knowledge (topologies and products)
-IT project management experience advantageous
-Strong analytical thinking as well as flexibility, high customer orientation, and reliability
Willingness for training and further education
-Good rhetoric and presentation techniques
